| Ketchikan Dive Club is a Padi Diving Society Chapter. We Have no dues or fees, show up have fun and enjoy everything about diving.
Wind & Water, our sponsor store helps out with meeting space etc. We raise money for the projects, events and adventures we wish to have. We suggest you become Padi Diving Society members for all the cool benifits you get from padi dive society and dive shops around the world. The Dive Club will be five years old this April 11 2010. The original club officers were Allen Isabell as president, Tom Bachant as vice president, Carmen Isabell as Treasure and Susan Bachant as Secretary. Susan was elected PREZ the following year and did such a great job she couldn't escape. But alas all good things must end, so we must give her a break.
The main goal was to create a meeting place for new and old divers to get together, share lies( i mean stories) have dive adventures and learn more about diving via meetings, seminars, speakers, and so on. This is still the main goal.
The club has an oxygen kit that members with current Dan Oxygen Provider Certifications may check out for dive outings.
