A Note from your Pres:
A 12" hard plastic marker buoy and 3/4" diameter descent line have been placed on the Spontaneity (sp?) the line is tied off to the bowsprit. Depth at 0 tide was 99'. A subsurface backup buoy is also attached to the line, this buoy does not expose until the tide is below 0 feet. The white and black surface buoy should be visible at all tide levels. A smaller backup buoy was also placed on the second Gubber descent line this buoy will not show.
Visibility was very good, both vessels could be seen on the bottom while descending at ~25', light level was clear and bright at the bottom.     Mr Rick
